Description

Masterfully crafted using the traditional Zhejiang Nine-Twist Red Plum tea as the base, this premium red tea from the Qiandao Lake region is renowned for its unique “nine-twist” processing technique, resulting in beautifully curved strips with natural floral and fruity notes. When combined with osmanthus scenting, it creates an elegant floral tea.

Distinctive Craftsmanship:
Using freshly picked golden osmanthus flowers, carefully cleaned of impurities and stems, layered with Nine-Twist Red Plum tea leaves in a 1:8 golden ratio. The base tea is chosen not only for its inherent floral and fruity notes but also for its unique processing characteristics. After 72 hours of careful scenting, the tea leaves fully absorb the floral fragrance and moisture, making the originally mellow red tea even more smooth and gentle.

Quality Characteristics:
– Appearance: Tightly twisted, dark lustrous strips with visible buds and elegant curves
– Aroma: Perfect fusion of Nine-Twist Red Plum’s fruity notes and golden osmanthus fragrance
– Tea Liquor: Bright and clear with a brilliant red hue
– Taste: Initial gentle sweetness, interweaving honey-like notes with tea fragrance, lasting afterglow

Brewing Guide:
– Teaware: Recommended 120-150cc gaiwan
– Tea Amount: 4-5 grams
– Water Temperature: 90-95°C
– Steeping Time: 10-15 seconds
– Special Note: Fresh and smooth taste without the astringency of common red tea

Special Note:
The uniqueness of this tea lies in its use of Zhejiang’s famous Nine-Twist Red Plum as the base tea, whose natural floral and fruity notes perfectly complement the rich osmanthus fragrance, delivering a rich, layered tasting experience. Each infusion reveals the harmonious dance between tea and osmanthus fragrances, creating a delightfully refreshing experience.
