Due to the pandemic, the delivery policies, delivery countries, and costs of express companies are constantly adjusting. Therefore, we temporarily suspend the options of UPS, TNT, and DHL express. If you need it, please contact us to use your specified express company, it is still available base on your request. By default, we will use China Post’s international parcel with a tracking code to send your order.
For some orders, due to some couriers policy restrictions or receiving countries’ regulations, orders may be sent from Hong Kong, there will not be any additional cost to you.
All our products are shipped from Shanghai, China. We charge a flat shipping fee of US$8.88 for international post transportation within 18 kg.

Processing & Delivery Time
Except during the Chinese New Year, for

we will process and ship your order within 12-24 hours after receiving your payment.
Special & Complex Orders：
we will process and ship your order within 5 days after receiving your payment.
Regarding Postal Delivery: usually, you can receive our products about 30 days after you place your order. But under the current circumstances, due to the instability of the global shipping industry, this time may even exceed 2 months. If you are not ready for such a wait, you can choose to contact us to use express courier, or wait until the pandemic is over before placing your order. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.
Please provide all the necessary information declared by the customs of your country. If the package is seized by customs and is not allowed to enter your country, we will not take any responsibility. And please also note that all customs duties, other taxes, and fees for international orders should be borne by the customer.
You can contact your local customs to learn about tax exemption regulations or get more information. Most countries have certain allowances for imported goods. Tea2Life can not control how local governments charge customs fees. Except for the payment for your order, other fees are collected by the government of your country, and Tea2Life will not receive this fee.
After the package leaves the Chinese customs, we will send you the tracking number to Billing Email and Shipping Email and update the tracking number in the Tea2Life system. You can not only track the progress of the logistics in our system but also use other tools for tracking.
Please note that the tracking number of the postal system is not updating as fast as DHL, UPS, TNT, and other express couriers. A delay of 1 to 2 weeks is normal. Thank you for your understanding and please be patient.
