Our 4-step Packaging Principles
01. CHOOSE THE RIGHT BOX
The right box does more than just fit tightly around our product. We use boxes that are strong enough to support the weight of the product and large enough to hold the cushioning material.
02. RESTRICT PRODUCT MOVEMENT
Products need to be able to withstand the events that may occur during transportation, so the correct placement and buffering amount are crucial. We will place the product in the middle of the box and leave enough cushioning on all sides. Use loose-fill peanuts or other cushioning materials to prevent the product from moving around.
03. SEPARATELY PACKAGE FRAGILE PRODUCTS
We wrap fragile products in breathable cushioning materials that are at least 2 inches thick, and then fill all empty spaces with loose-filled cushioning materials.
04. PLACE THE SHIPPING LABEL CORRECTLY
We always place the label on the largest surface of the package. This increases the chances of our packages staying in the correct end-up during transportation.
