Shai Hong, a rare black tea that embodies the most primitive tea-making technique in Yunnan. Originating from the mountainous valleys between the Lancang and Nu Rivers, at elevations above 1,000 meters, this is the pristine homeland of century-old wild tea trees.
Unique Processing: Natural Sun-Drying

Harvesting: Carefully selected tender buds during the Qingming Festival in deep mountain forests
Withering: Entirely sun-dried without any artificial heat sources
Oxidation: Slow oxidation through natural sunlight and oxygen
